I hope these weren't yours; but whosever they were, hope they're retreived,

They are/were ours..... Many of the items on my bike are useless without the back up items required for re-charging / downloading / reading the data. But then cables for charging are relatively cheap. And the pedals need a garmin that can read the data.
Many of the pedals that are on ebay come with boxes and receipts, we still have the box for these pedals along with serial number.... sadly, although the pedal information is coded, it seems there is no facility for reporting the pedals and number to garmin incase someone uses them and tries to upload the data....
I suspect the tealeaves had / have no idea about the specialist items. Am kind of hoping they realise the bike is too identifiable to sell on and have dumped it somewhere (though whether kit is undamaged and usable could be doubtful), similar happened to a couple of club mate bikes a couple of years ago.

There was also a tool box in the van, cycle specific tools, no doubt they thought they were getting ordinary tools... again not so easy to use pass on, but there are always markets for this.

Given that a couple of pairs of gloves also went, both small (mine small women's gloves) and the fact we some troublesome youf around the town, am wondering if local youf took them...... you would need small hands to be able to wear the gloves.
Oh and my spare (went to specsavers) glasses that I use for cycling in as opposed to my 'best' glasses, also appear to be missing. Given that i have different prescriptions for each eye... not a lot of use to anyone.

Cheers have been to visit them, and given a heads up.... they have assured me that bikes that appear to be over 'a few quid' aren't taken without receipts etc., and one said they also check them against police lists. Problem is the number we have around here with quite a few towns all having cash generator shops.

Bikes tend to be outside or in the main window ..... The thief will usually wait for a week or two before moving it on .... keep up the visits.

Cheers, it's just that there are so many around, spread over a couple of towns that i rarely visit, cos i just don't do town centre shopping...
