LOST BIKES IN SLOUGH AREA

Post by Gurshy700 »

Hi all me and my friends are gone to the cinema and we had locked our bike to a bike lock area. However when we came out they had been stolen and the locks had been left there. If any help can be given that would be great thanks everyone. .

Have you got pictures? Anything distinctive about them? Basically, fill out the details on http://www.stolen-bikes.co.uk (so a buyer might find it when checking) and also report it to the police.

And out of interest, what were the locks? As you've unfortunately just discovered, cinemas are often high-risk locations because - like with train stations - thieves can often work for some time while being fairly confident that they won't be disturbed until a film ends. I prefer to park in a nearby CCTV'd cycle park instead of the racks by the cinema door, unless I don't have time to walk.
