Essex Police wrote:Do you know who owns these bikes?
They were stolen from a bike rack in Chelmsford town centre in the early hours of April 10, but police arrested two teenagers on suspicion of taking them and now we are trying to find who they belong to.
A third suspect got away and the two arrested were bailed pending further enquiries.

If you think a bike is yours, you will need to provide some proof of ownership, such as knowledge of the serial number or paperwork.
