I am interested in the bike but would appreciate more information on the specification, age and history of the bike. What is the tyre size, they look like 25cc to me . Will it accept 28cc with the mudguards. I am a considerable distance away from you but will travel. Also to satisfy my curiosity, why join Cycling UK if you are giving up cycling?

hi there 23mm at mo the wheels which are mavic cosmos take up to a 25mm if any one knows if they take a 28mm let me know ,the bike is 19 years old but as you can see at as not had much use,before it was mine it was a elderly gents ive owned the bike now for roughly 18 months,iam selling my bikes as no longer cycling,wished the jumbles were going as ive bits and bobs and clothing to sell.also i left the forum,and have rejoined, i thought some one on here would like the bike on here instead of the hassle of putting it on ebay iam sure i would get more money for it on there,and if it does not sell on here then it will have to go on there.

Thanks for posting more details on the bike. I would seriously love a Longstaff as they have an outstanding reputation and are now owned by another renown frame builder.
Unfortunately I have had to take a reality check and already have bikes I should be selling not adding to. Good luck with the sale some one will get a really great bike for the money.
