Need to wear a helmet? Avoid hitting stuff with your head.

Postby gaz » 13 Mar 2016, 10:26pm

Just looking for a source for the replace after five years guidance when I came across this gem from Snell:

The [Snell] Foundation recommends that if you are participating in an activity that requires that you wear a helmet, you avoid hitting stuff with your head.

It's in a Q&A section, in response to I dropped my helmet! Do I have to go buy a new one?

Words of wisdom, even when participating in activities that don't require that you wear a helmet  .
2020 : To redundancy ... and beyond!

Fabulous dose of common sense...
A shortcut has to be a challenge, otherwise it would just be the way. No situation is so dire that panic cannot make it worse.
There are two kinds of people in this world: those can extrapolate from incomplete data.
