It's titled "Why We Shouldn’t Bike with a Helmet" but it's rather more than that. He discusses the growth of the culture of fear and the resulting reduction in cycling numbers.
It's not the perfect video, but it's a good overall summary. It could work well to show work colleagues etc who insist that it will be your fault, and not the driver's, if you die when not wearing a helmet.
