thankfully you don’t always get the bulls eye :D
My Pharmacist said " if you do get the bulls eye or any flu like symptoms within the next month then visit your GP.

Sorry, to clarify (as said by others above) I meant that you don't always get a bullseye rash if you become infected by Lyme. I didn't mean that you don't get a rash if you get bitten. Most times you get bitten you won't get infected.

If you are unlucky enough to get infected then getting a bullseye rash is a good thing because it removes doubt and you know you need treatment. The worst situation is where you get infected with no rash and then don't know or aren't sure if you have Lyme. Remember, many people will get bitten by ticks and don't notice. 'Flue like symptoms, are associated with many conditions.

I talk to friends and colleagues who work, walk, cycle, camp, etc in moorland, heath, etc and say they never have a tick. I simply don't believe them - I think they mean they have never knowingly had a tick on them!
