Silicon or PU coated Fly

From my experience of 10 years in the outdoor industry tent inners are not or have never been marketed as waterproof from any manufacturer. Outer flysheets yes, but inners no. A single skin tent maybe marketed as waterproof but then it doesn't have an inner tent. To call a fabric waterproof it has to withstand 1500mm hydrostatic head of water before allowing water to pass through it. For comparison purposes Goretex has a hydrostatic head of just over 26m!!!! Most tent fabrics are a compromise between weight, performance, durability and price. I could of course be wrong, but unlikely.
