I am wondering if anyone knows of a campsite guide for the Netherlands in book or ebook form? I know I can use online but ...

I've used the nature campsites before. Lovely.
I like to browse through an independent review book. You don't seem to get them these days. I remember when.....

Much as I like books for a lot of things, guidebooks tend to be obsolete as soon as (sometimes even before) they're published. So aside from the issues of turning up and finding it's not there, or it's changed fundamentally from the guide (both happened to us with fairly new maps riding from Aberdeen up to Thurso one year), they have become somewhat less popular to publish.
