Just got back from cycling both legs of Avenue Verte, camping. Here's the campsites with distances. All fine (with one exception) and mostly 9-13 euros, Camping-International was 17. Problem campsite was camping municipal Bellerive, in Auvers-sur-Oise. This is now a GCU association campsite and not open to non-members. As they have changed the name, and because websites don't get updated, it still features on lots of camping lists online. But you won't get a cheerful welcome! Shame as it leaves a gap in the campsites on the Avenue.
I didn't go right into Paris, hadn't really intended to, and the city cycling was pretty hairy. Many of the days felt 10 miles longer than the distances below, and they are not hilly! But quite a lot, particularly of the eastern route, are on stony tracks, and that's pretty tiring.
