Why wouldn't it be? "Rainproof" is easy.
I wouldn't sign up myself because my idea of comfortable space for 1 person is rather different.

Hi,
600 g is that in a tent flysheet fully waterproof?
Sounds impressive at 600 g.
The only model I can find is 1.5 kg.

My Easton Kilo 2 is a genuine1.1kgs, weighed on the kitchen scales packed and ready to go. Although it is a 2-man tent, that would be quite cosy, but it is suitable for one person with more room inside than my Hilleberg Soulo.

Look at it, it's a glorified bivvi bag, so you haven't got that much material. Further observe that "light" and "waterproof" are not difficult to combine. A binliner is fully waterproof, and even at the heavier gauges is hardly a big weight.

A very nice place to camp by the side of the River Wye. Since its a YHA site you have access to the members kitchen with all the gear
Tent Vaude Mk2 ( quite old now its main virtue is that is very quick to put up even when tired as outer and inner are connected - just insert the poles into the base and then fold the elastic over the exoskelton. A very well thought out design)

It's only been used once to be honest. The front of the tent had a number of small holes mainly at the bottom end of the door so had to be patched quite extensively and there's a hell of a gap between ground and flysheet...must be 4 or 5 inches at least.
It's being kept as emergency only.

Hi vantage, sorry to hear about those holes, no idea what that's about - never went camping in it. Yes when I pitched it once I do remember a certain gap at one point I know someone else who had one - will get in touch with them and see if they can advise.

Not really into photoing experiences radek but will make an exception for you if i get out in it - planning a furtive camp or bivvy soon so could take that tent.
