Agreed, but we're just members..................do you honestly believe that the rulers of what used to be the Cyclists' Touring Club will take any notice? - do you honestly think they're interested in matters such as this? - use of the 'Winged Wheel' roundel costs nothing, it was known and recognised wherever cyclists meet, it was actually quite respected - but it appears that it's just not 'policy'.

How discouraging and how sad.
