CUK Ride Leaders Info - max riders per leader

Can anyone give me a link to the CUK 'guidance for ride leaders' page - specifically suggested max no of ride participants (to minimise issues with other road users)

on many variables, such as the competence of the riders and Ride Leaders, the number of Ride
Leaders available, the planned route and so on. As Ride Leader, you should be confident you can
handle the number of people who turn up for the ride. Cycling UK recommends considering dividing up
groups of 12-15 or more into smaller groups and/or appointing a backmarker.
