Just skimmed through Cycle.

Doesn't seem to have a mention, no update on the website (at time of posting). Whilst postponement seems likely the magazine has a lead in time.

It's odd that there are neither AGM papers nor any mention of a delay. If there was time to stop the former appearing there was time to announce the latter.

Did I miss it somewhere? Edit: Yes I did , page 7
