How to pay for membership on-line????

Trying to renew my membership on-line. Instructions say

Login to our website.
Having logged in, go to the "membership" page from the “My CTC” menu option.

Where's 'my ctc' menu?

Try "My Account" which has a number of tabs including membership. I'm a life member so it doesn't give me renewal options so I cannot be certain.

That's the problem. You must log in on the CTC website not the forum website, and your user name and password are whatever you set on the CTC website not the ones here.

The Forum isn't the CTC.
You need to go to http://www.ctc.org.uk

The www is important. If you miss it out, you go to a different place altogether.
