Bikejor: The people who race their bikes with dogs
"It's the start of the bikejoring season, so we went to Stourport-on-Severn in Worcestershire to meet the people who use their dogs to race bikes"
now thats something never heard of
the video seems to be as much as an alternative to a pedelec? like Roman chariots?

Bikejor: The people who race their bikes with dogs
The report fails to mention the fact I invented this sport with a springer spaniel hooked onto my handlebars in 2004 on NCN 24. I still get flashbacks.

Easter 1991 in Provence. Lots of this going on. I did not hang around for the chariot racing.

My dad's cousin used to hook his sled dogs up to his bike for summer training. He occasionally took a spill, cornering on rural gravel roads.
This was in the days before I had a mobile phone to record his antics, though I'd love to be able to watch it again, now.

Sadly illegal on UK roads, where a dog may not draw a carriage on the highway.
