The opening stages in Hungary have been cancelled. It was due to start May 9th, almost two months away. I can't see everything still being locked down by then but it's possible. It must be easier to organise and manage if it's all within Italy though, assuming the rest still goes ahead.

New UCI calendar now has it down for 3-25 October (incidentally overlapping with the revised Vuelta - 20 October - 8 November)

I can’t see it happening at all this year. All teams and all riders won’t be able to be in the same place at the same time. If it were up to me, I’d can it this year, it’s not worth the bad publicity.
Re: Giro d'Italia
Bad publicity? More bad publicity if they dis the government that says it's ok to race.

At the moment I think it's a case of damned if they do,damned if they don't.Postponing seems to be a way of appeasing fans but I'm another who is of the opinion it won't go ahead.Having two GTs crossing over each other is not good for the sport.I agree with with MA that they should just can it this year.I'd be surprised if any of the the GTs happen at all anyway.
Maybe a couple of days races towards the end of the season if restrictions are fully lifted would be a better idea?

Paris - Roubaix as cross in the winter
Galibier in the winter
Quite likely the 'postponed' €v€nt$ shall be cancelled later
