Froome out of Tour
Breaking news on BBC showing that Chris Froome has been dropped by Ineos and is out of the tour.
There is your way. There is my way. But there is no "the way".

Not necessarily. There's still the Giro and Vuelta - and next year!
Re: Fromme and Thomas omitted from tour.
It's no surprise given their recent lack of form,Sivikov OTOH..

Don't think he's been dropped by Ineos. Source?
Re: Froome out of Tour
Thomas going for the Giro, Froome for the Vuelta, to give him a bit more preparation time. I thought Carapaz was under the radar a bit, all the reports were only mentioning who from Froome, Thomas and Bernal would be going to the Tour, don't think I saw any mention of Carapaz until a day or two ago. I wish I had posted about it a week ago.
The other two tours overlap so it will be interesting to see what riders each team send to which race and how worn out riders are if they ride the tour and another. Then there could be a hangover into next season.
Let's hope that this years tours can be completed without too many disruptions.

Ineos' main worry in any race is Jumbo Visma, they have an awesome team.

Re: Froome out of Tour
Bernal is the second favourite at 10/3 I know they didn't have a great showing at the Dauphine but those seem pretty good odds for a team that's won last 5 in a row.

Your only as good as your last race,Bernal either began the Dauphine injured or developed the injury during, either way he ain't favourite.
Roglic OTOH is Primoz and the team are putting INEOS and others to shame,I can't(barring accident, illness)see that changing in the next week or two.
His performance reminds me of Armstrong(head and shoulders above)*,which is worrying
*It's a sad legacy of those days that anyone who has so much of an edge on such great riders as G,Froome,Bernal, etc and whose team has also the same sort of edge, sceptical questions arise in the mind.

Ineos/ Skys success was alwaysd the strength of their super domestiques. We haven't seen their hand, meaning the team without Thomas and Froome in. I suspect they'll be a stronger outfit without them and a clear line of their best domestiques in.

Yes, but the OP said he'd been "dropped by Ineos and is out of the tour". He hasn't been dropped by Ineos, just the Tour squad. Fairly academic as he leaves next year anyway.

From the racing I've watched INEOS are second best by a margin.

By a large margin. If I was a betting man I would place Roglic, kreuswick then pinot as the final top 3. Pinot is keeping his cards close at the moment. That's my view.
At the last count:- Peugeot 531 pro, Dawes Discovery Tandem, Dawes Kingpin X3, Raleigh 20 stowaway X2, 1965 Moulton deluxe, Falcon K2 MTB dropped bar tourer, Rudge Bi frame folder, Longstaff trike conversion on a Giant XTC 840
