Indeed. The race organisers should be held to account too, for repeated use of a dangerous finish and the defective barriers.

It doesn't look much worse than lots of other sprints, up until the collision with the barriers. The severity of the crash could have happened in lots of other sprints, but luckily hasn't.

The bump in the road undid him. He moved, that’s accepted, he didn’t mean to move that much. It’s a tad harsh to kick his buttock that much, for that incident. Historically there were far worse moves during sprint finishes.
