What did Optilabs say? (You have complained, I trust?)

Lenses popping out.

I had the same on one side of Optilabs bought about 2 years ago. I stuck with them for 6 months, then a local optician suggested I send them back. I phoned Optilabs, sent them back, and they were returned to me within the same week. I think they changed the frame. Excellent service. I should not have been so reticent and I should have sent them back earlier.

Not yet, but I'll try contacting them and send them back. I had an unrelated issue with a previous pair and sent them back and they sorted it out pretty quickly. I like things to work out of the box first time, though, hence my slight disappointment with my wife's pair.
