Sounds ok generally and worth a read.

Sorry, but even in my 20s, 30s, or anythings, I could never ...........

Left arm below and right arm above= easy.
Right arm below left arm above = no chance about a foot apart.

Curious, I must be really twisted!

I think I could do it - one way only - when I was a lot younger. No chance now - neither way. :(

No, I have broken my upper right arm four times and it clearly has ruined its articulation in the downward behind the back position.

Not something I've ever done before. I can do it with my right arm up my back but not my left, I'm in my 50s. But looking at some of the things don't seem that difficult. 10 press-ups (40s) and running 5 km in 30 minutes (20s)?

I can. Both ways. Even more so: I can make an overlap of about a third of the middle fingers. My left elbow protests (crunches a bit but doesn't hurt - my joints aren't great) when it's the left arm that goes up behind my back. 40something. I do have long fingers and I broke each arm in a different place when I was young (or rather, I broke my right and someone else did my left!), but I doubt they grew back that much longer!

No chance here...

I'm sixty this year....No joint pains (even after four years on statins) and I've never broken a limb, but there isn't a cat in hells chance of me doing that...

That's another thing.
Never been able to do pressups. Well, I can, but never very many, no matter how old or young I was.
Ten?
Never.

PT in the RN was a nightmare. They always think that EVERYONE can do pressups. Sorry, we all can't.

Same for me. I can easily lock my fingers together in the easy orientation. Age 65.

Press ups. Never been able to do many. Typical cyclist with an otherwise sedentary life, I have little upper body strength.

Hi,
Just done 10 press-ups, straight back straight arms and no dipping of head either :)

When I started I did three, then every night and worked up to 35-40, by then I could do a one handed press up and even one standing on my hands.

Its not rocket science, you do anything often enough and yow will get better.
Just off to do 40 minutes on the tread mill 2-10 % gradient
Its raining :(

Yes, easily, both sides.

This is due to Martial Arts training though, I suspect most "normal people" would not be able to do it.
