Training
Re: Training
Training for what?
The only general thing is start off slowly and build up gradually.
There are loads of training tips on the British Cycling website for more specific areas of riding.

Re: Training
As asked; for what? What do you want to achieve, what is your level of cycling fitness, age, goals etc., the list goes on....
Ride the bike, get used to it, make sure it is set up right and feels comfortable, gradually increase duration, distance speed..... with increasingly light nights you are well set up to get up and go out for short regular evening rides.. which will increase your endurance (assuming you require evenings to get out and ride ie due to work)... try to do a big longer ride at weekends.
