Comes up (bad pun) every so often.
Like everything else there are pros and cons.
Overall cyclists are fitter that people of their age and often attributed to being the equivalent of 10 years younger. With this comes (another bad pun) a more active sex life than their peers
There may be a few who suffer, but if this was a major issue, it would have reached a much wider press than a poorly evidenced article sponsored to promote a "new"type of saddle

He visited a doctor already. Analy showed that cause is hormones.
