Lower Achilles tendon pain?
Re: Lower Achilles tendon pain?
Interesting. I've got heel pain, significantly milder I think than others posting here, from a bike crash (my frame snapped in two). I thought it was a bruise at first. It's only been about three weeks, so I'm not overly concerned, as I assume that it will clear up in time?

Hi,
What I have noticed with age (59)is that if you bang your elbow even slightly it takes several weeks to clear up.
Muscles take only less than a week but ligaments take a min of 6 weeks, especially if they are prime ones.
My accident 4 months ago has left me at my age with some discomfort still, even though its just soft tissue damage but deep.
