Pelvic organ prolapse

Post by emmbee »

Am looking for advice. I have a moderate POP which does not bother me too much but I find it uncomfortable when cycling. Can anyone give me any advice e.g. using a different style of saddle (I don't want to go down the recumbent route), extra padding in shorts or any other advice, please.

There's various threads about fettling things. Saddles is often a suck-it-and-see, but a useful precursor is often tuning your fit a bit, and Colin 531's DIY guide is well thought of and worth a look.

But why not a recumbent? Don't you wantto be comfortable and aero as the same time?
