Solar Keratosis

I have had a diagnosis of Solar Keratosis for the last 5-6 years. It mainly affects my brow and scalp. Every few months, I have to use Solareze which in effect burns off the affected skin. It isn’t very pleasant to look at; shades of German measles and can be very painful when I put on th E45 as a moisturiser. I always wear a cotton cap under my helmet. Has anyone else got the condition and have any different treatment or hints? Thanks
