For those taking medication

Post by leftpoole »

Hello,
For those who do not know my health regime. Attached a photograph of Chemist delivery!
I live on most of these pills.
Regards,
John
PS I am selling much of my cycle and camping gear and so look in For Sale section from time to time for a bargain.

What pills are they, how many types, do you have to take them in a certain order?

I am very lucky I guess, have not taken any medicine for many years

Nine different types. Seven in the morning. Heart/lung and spinal.
Two at Midday and seven at night time.
Im alive and still plodding on. Difficult at times.
I have really bad times and some good times.
When I have good times I think I am getting better!
Wrong, but hey ho I try.
Thanks for your comment.

I get a lot of strength from memories of cycling. And plans for new trips, hoping to go by train and cycle to a museum of flour sacks soon, looks fascinating

I'm on 7 pills a day and 4 injections. I'm so lacking in energy these days that the bikes speedo rarely achieves double figures unless going downhill.
Met a lady when picking up my last prescription who said she was rattling around on 22 pills a day

I'm only (only, the man says) on four types covering 3 maladies, and when I'm cycling I can leave one of them out otherwise it weaponizes my lower intestine.
Have we got time for another cuppa?

I was first diagnosed with one of my problems at 40! I am now 68 and alive but full of pills.
My life was certainly much easier before age 40.

I am only a beginner, clearly, with just the 3 types. I have no intention of trying harder, as it were. That must be a really rubbish regime, but preferable to the alternative, of course. :?

I'm clearly an amateur, taking four powders and two pills daily, but I was diagnosed before I was 10!

If only one of the many types I've taken had been performance enhancing.... but sadly the opposite has been true more often.

Hello,
I had to see my Doctor earlier this week due to hiccups in my health.
Outcome was good because an increase in dosage of one of the medications I take has helped greatly.
For those worried about taking too many pills, I now take 9 in morning and evening and two at lunch.
Making 20 pills daily!
It is a pain but necessary for my life I am afraid.
Regards,
John
