Met a fella yesterday who,d just cycled up Kirkstone Pass via the struggle.His left arm was off below the elbow !How,I asked.He rode flat bars with upright extensions which he hooked his arm under,all controls being on one side.Fantastic.Chapeau!Cockermouth man.Lean,fit looking 50-60.
