Hi,
Just had another look at this I am still confused.
On the news tonight ITV SW a guy who is on immunosuppressant's so is classed as extremely vulnerable as visited his son in the garden of another house today driving his campervan.
He has been advised by his GP that is okay.

The medical advice from everyone I trust is the same... carry on shielding in place.

Hi,
I've edited my last above post for clarity.
Otherwise I'd be guilty of those of exactly what I accuse organisations of :)

You have-
Normal, most of the country.
Vulnerable, those in certain groups like over 70s et cetera.
Clinically extremely Vulnerable, Those who have had a NHS letter informing them to shield et cetera.

Unfortunately the media do not differentiate between vulnerable and clinically extremely Vulnerable groups.
I think this is where some confuse meant is.
In my above post there are two snapshots of advice for clinically extremely vulnerable people.
This advice from both you gov have and NHS should be the same shouldn't it.
You have to read it very carefully, when it says things like -
Leave your home?
Go outside?
You would think in this day and age they could get the clarity crystal-clear don't you.
And yes I think the government and Boris in particular has not done a very good job in communication especially when Boris talks he tends to waffle a lot rather than come out with very clear statements.
I remember when I was at school you have to do an oral exam stand up in front of the whole class and give a speech for two minutes about any subject you like.
I think one of the qualifications of people who work in the public sector and people will be expected to give advice and speak et cetera would be to be able to convey advice in a meaningful clarity way.

That's "clinically" not "critically".

PS: I think that it would have been wiser to have used two different words rather than the same word with one or two adverbs. And "shielding" is just weird.

Hi,
Sorry my bad, should read clinically.
I've got one in three of the incidences right.
I am dictating and the auto grammar changes a lot all the time so I have to edit it several times to get it correct.
Edited my above post, hopefully it's correct now.
