That explains things - I note that some of the offerings on the Bosch site wouldn't be street legal as an e-bike (250W , 15.5mph).


Its up to the end user to comply with the regulations, Bosch only supply a component. Plus of course there are varying restrictions or even none in different market places.
Convention? what's that then?
