Hi
I've got a Sensa Trentino SL Pro. A lovely bike at a reasonable price that I bought in 2013.
Sensa have been in the bike business for 25 years and are based in Holland. Their own brand stems, bars, etc (Supra) suit my needs, the rest was Ultegra, Mavic, etc
Regards

Both a clubmate and myself bought Giulia's from Merlin at the beginning of last year. Neither of us have had any problems with the bikes and Merlin were very good to do business with. I've ridden several 200k Audax's and hilly sportive's on mine, which is Ultegra Di2 equipped and its always felt to be a comfortable ride (the Di2 is spot-on). On the other end of the spectrum my clubmate (Ultegra mechanical g/set) has been racing hill climbs on his, recently winning an open event. Very good value for money.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. As I have just got myself a Sensa Giulia fitted with Ultegra & EC90 carbon flat top bars, carbon seat post, custom red outer cables, Shimano RS11 wheels. Not had chance to ride it yet.

Thanks Gary

it looks like a nice bike but do they all come with the steerer cut that short?

I realise that is the fashion amongst some folk but surely it can't suit everyone...?

cheers

Just looking on the original site and it looks the same. Below is a link to the geometry chart:-

The steerer is too short to allow adjustment (though you could flip the stem or use another one), but at least the head tube is reasonably long. Its length is masked in the photo by the fat carbon tubes.

Still, with the saddle that high, that’s a serious drop to the drops.

Merlin Cycles has a pretty good selection. You get the two-tone effect by changing tape halfway through the job.

Is there a neat way of attaching half through under the brake lever hoods?
