if u use superglu then acetone will dissolve it after 10 mins or so and a bit of hassle

I use Pinhead (on my touring bike) similar to Pitlock. As others have said, it just another deterrent. It allows me to lock frame and back wheel (with very expensive Rohloff hub), without having to worry too much about pinhead-locked front wheel.
