Any thoughts on bottle dynamos and lights for an ICE TRICE S Recumbent Trike would be much appreciated.

Dynamos are tricky with any recumbent trike due to complex cable runs
Personally I simply fit a Minoura Space Bar onto the dérailleur stem with the bar horizontal and a set of standard battery lights on this

One I prepared earlier:
2 x Smart 0.5W on headrest mounts (no headrest, just used stub lengths of Al rod - also hand for hanging Radical bags from)
2 front battery lights of your choice (B&M Ixon in this case) on standard MTB stem plus short length of handlebar attached to front mech post (much more rigid than space grip plus puts the lights further forward / higher).
