Spa only have a few and won't be getting any more once they've sold out, which is a pity as they don't have one in my size.

Well, if they are the same frames and you like them, then you can still get one from Hewitt . . .

. . . for £425.

Back to plan A for me, a steel audax frame from Spa.

I am in the market to 'upgrade' - or re-build - a winter bike based around an old 500 frame so these are rather tempting, lose some weight ..... A 631 frame-set for 250 is seductive but is their 725 audax frame with carbon forks a good 50 quid on top well spent?

give it long enough and you won't have the choice; all the £250 frames will have gone.

That is if one of the available sizes suits you anyway....

cheers

Looks like same frame as Pearson Compass which Cycling Plus gave cracking review on in 2008/9- sadly touring isn't fashionable enough now to have much space...

Same frame as Hewitt Cheviot as well.

It looks identical to my Ridgeback so my wallet won't be coming out. The titanium job with discs looks nice, though.
