I've always fancied a "bent" trike and just happened to see one locally for £100 without the rear wheel. It's a Tornado S7 with mag wheels. Now I've done some retrospective research I've found out the rear dropouts have been replaced with 6" steel plates welded on the rear forks to make it into an electric trike! I want to return it to near stock. Looks like getting these removed is easy however getting replacement dropouts made and fitted will be expensive.
Anyone know where I can get a pair of dropouts with disc lugs made. I guess it's easy on a CNC machine? Anyone have any contacts in Sheffield / Yorkshire?
I guess the dropout/disc lug position is standard regardless of bike/trike so if someone has an accurate drawing it would form a good basis for a template ?
Thanks Andy
