Fork Crown Facing Tool

Morning all

I'm looking at building my first bike from scratch, a Surly Cross Check that should with a bit of compromise should do a bit of everything

By all accounts the finish of Surly frames is very good, and bottom brackets rarely need facing, but I'd prefer to make sure the fork is 100% right

Does anyone local to Southampton have a facing tool, crown race installation tool and a star nut installer I could hire?
