Decathlon B'Twin 900 Trolley Pannier

I saw this smart wheeled pannier in a store, yesterday.
I wondered whether any of you have it? There is a zip in the top, through which an extensible trolley handle can be pulled.
It looks (roughly) as though it could be taken on a flight as hand luggage, if any of you cycle to flights.
It would be pretty good for shopping, too, maybe. There didn't appear to be a bottom sway hook, though.
