the 'flat white' model has guards, rack, 2x7 gearing on a similar frame and is a bit cheaper.

cheers

I bought the cafe racer to commute on a rough cycle path and leave chained up in a public area riding about 20 miles a day. I was impressed by the sum total of its parts, the fact it has a lugged frame and I bought it for £320 new. I also wanted a bike to fit a Wald basket I did not expect much but it's fun to ride, as comfortable as my other steel bikes if not as dynamic. It has Tektro brakes Shimano Nexus gearing and Schwalbe tyres. It will also take 50c tyres if you are not fussed about mudgards. I have resisted the urge to upgrade anything. Its not a Rivendell but it's one of my better buys cheers Peter
