Marwi Union Dynamo 4190: Why RH type more available to UK?

Marwi Union Dynamo 4190: Why RH type more available to UK?

The reasonably priced Marwi Union Dynamo 4190 (bottle) seems more easily available (in UK) in right hand form: why would that be? I thought left hand was the most common form of bottle?
