rx hub?

Anyone know if this Sturmey sprocket fits an aw hub? Its advertised as fitting an rx hub?

At the last count:- Peugeot 531 pro, Dawes Discovery Tandem, Dawes Kingpin X3, Raleigh 20 stowaway X2, 1965 Moulton deluxe, Falcon K2 MTB dropped bar tourer, Rudge Bi frame folder, Longstaff trike conversion on a Giant XTC 840 :D

it looks like the standard IGH fitting to me, that fits countless sturmey, shimano and Sachs/Sram hubs

Called in to sjsc today to pick one up but when I saw it it was obvious it had a larger diameter than the AW hubs. Another standard to confuse us :?
I suspect the photo on the website is not correct as that one looks like it would fit an AW. :(

I think you are right. There is a clue in the specifications; the RX series hubs will accept a smallest sprocket of 17T, which does indeed suggest that the mounting (driver) is a larger diameter than on traditional IGHs and not as depicted.

which shows a 5cm diameter splined mounting, much larger than the usual IGH fitting, but smaller than the 8s fitting.

just to add to this, RX sprockets I have measured are 50.2mm ID.
