Attaching rechargeable rear light
I am looking to replace the Reelight attached by a cable tie to my rear mounted wire basket. The cable to this light broke where it enters the back of the light and there is no way of opening the light to re-attach the cable. This is very annoying considering how expensive these lights are. My next idea is to find a USB rechargeable rear light with a sensible way of attaching the light to the basket. I have not had much luck so far on-line and a visit to a local branch of Evans was worse than useless. Does anyone have any ideas?

I use one of these on a rear rack, they fit all the cateye lights.
I imagine it would be easy to mount to a basket with cake ties.

Incidentally, I've been very impressed by the sealed unit cateye usb charged light I got with it.

Yum, yum I thought, but I suppose that's just the result of some sort of predictive spelling instead of cable ties.

Thanks Brian. SJS cycles certainly have a comprehensive range of stuff and were ace over the phone.
