Cube Acid 29er 2018 Upgrades

I'm thinking of upgrading my new Cube Acid 29er, by getting lighter and tubeless ready wheels.

What I'm uncertain about is how to choose the correct spec of wheels to allow for a simple replacement. i.e. boost? What measurements for front and back wheels? How do I work this out? All ideas appreciated.

As you can tell, I'm new to the idea of upgrades!
