Hello I am here did you even bother to look at the link I sent.

You can as certainly for me I can adjust the holder

Incidentally, if anyone else wants a remote Exposure switch, you're welcome to mine which came with the Strada - I use the port to run the rear light so can't plug it in, plus found it an unnecessary faff TBH.

How road specific is the beam on the Strada? Does it keep the light low like a car beam on dip?

It could be the best front battery light available when it does materialise, if it combines Exposure's good attributes with a truly road specific beam. Cost is the main downside. Quite a big downside, actually.

But you are paying for top quality and British made on top

I agree, but I'm paying out of a family budget with lots of other demands being made on it.

Got mine for free...diablo i think. Its a good light, but its a bit of a PITA to change the mode, especially without the instructions! But think ive got the hang of it now. However i think that the accompanying rear light is too bright unless angled down.
Exposure front lights are the best lights you can buy. However their rear Red Eye light is crap as their cables crack in cold temperatures as the plastic becomes stiff and brittle. Also the same with the cables for their batteries if you need more power for longer rides or just don't want to recharge so often. Avoid.

Very different experience for me - I've used the red eye for commuting through the winter every day for about five years, not had a problem with the cable. That's probably around 1,000 journeys.
