Thoughts on this bike as a turbo hack?

saw this on gumtree and wondered if it's a good buy?

I'm wanting to get into Zwift for some cardio workouts and interval training.

But when the weather is nice, would like to use the bike on the road and not hate it.

So, if this bike is a decent shot, i'll grab this then look for a smart turbo.

I had one and it was one of the best handling bikes I have had. Only sold it when I bought a Biachi Infinito.

or this?

Essentially i've got as couple on the possible list.
The bianci,
the Focus above
or this lapierre https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/it ... 363615616/

Now, all around the same price. I'm really aiming to be around the £150 mark so i'll be haggling on whatever one I go for. The focus is appealing with Ultegra, but then the lapierre has a newer tiagra so probably not alot in that.

I mean it is going to sit on a turbo. But I'd like to get the best bike I can at the budget I want to spend.
