Looking for large hybrid suggestions

Hi,
I'm looking for hybrid suggestions for a a friend he doesn't really have technology so I'm posting this really on his behalf.

It needs to be large or extra large as he is 6' 4". His budget is £350.

So far I found a Marin but it doesn't go up to his size only 6' 2". Pardon the pun but it's a tall order and hopefully there's something out there?
