Hi all, Thanks for you advice. Still no luck on the hanger, but have had the bike taken away by a recommended specialist, who has given great advice and will look high and low for the hanger. If not, he knows a TIG welder who may be able to repair it as its aluminium.
Will keep you up to date with the progress.
