Washer different types

I have a mind to reassemble and recondition a number of brakes and other cycle parts.

To this end I need some washer

Weinmann brakes: I notice that many sides pull brake have a penny washer located between the 2 arms of the brake caliper.

This washer is very thin and is made of brass/copper.

Whilst located in front of the brake arm is a very thin aluminium washer

I know you should be able obtain washer, but I need to know the following

Question
Brass or copper and thickness?
Aluminium washer what thickness

Quill stems

The expander bolt normally has thin washer again is that bras or copper and what sizes do I need?
The clamp bolt what size and thickness do I need?

the thin aluminium washer on the front of old weinmann SP brakes is better replaced by something else. The brass washers can be between 0.3 to 0.5mm thickness; it doesn't really matter.

For the other washers they can vary in size so it is best if you measure up; that way you know it is going to fit.

you might be lucky and find a good source for these parts but I rather expect you will end up making them yourself.
