Lynx asymetric 622 x,15c wheels

Post by banKer01 »

I need to replace my lynx aluminium wheels 622 x 15.
Can't find any. What would be a suitable replacement set? Thanks.

A bit of googling makes me think that they are standard wheels on lower end Pinarellos.
Thus they are bog standard road wheels. They are probably Shimano splined ( possibly Campagnolo but those are your only 2 choices). Probably 11
speed (maybe 10 speed but 10 fits on 11*) Probably rim brakes. Unless we know the bike we can't confirm the above but all you have to do is look at your gear shifters then brakes.
The above established , just buy wheels to suit your budget. Investigate small details such as width etc . 15mm is regarded as narrow nowadays. Wider rims encourage wider tyres which are generally nice as long as you have room.
622 is the proper size but usually called 700c. 15 is the inner width of the rim. The first is crucial, the 2nd less so.
Your choice is huge.

Shimano rs 100 would be fine.

If you want more aero vision 30 or 35

If you want lighter then cero ar24

If money isn't an issue you have plenty of options.
