tacx turbo trainer power loss

We’ve had our tacx turbo trainer for nearly two years, and have had it stored/and was using it, in our shed.
We hadn’t used it in a while, and when we returned to use it, it had no power.
My partner ordered a new power lead and has tried this, we have also tried the plug in other sockets, but still no power.
Does anyone have any ideas? help? anyone we could take it to to repair?
