Suspension Seat Post

A few days ago I bought a Zoom Suspension Seat Post and its certainly made a difference by taking the edge off the shock when riding over unavoidable bumps, ruts etc.
I had to adjust the setting a few times to get it just right for my weight but it was straight forward.

I wasn't expecting much as its not expensive but its definitely worth the money.

What sort of surfaces do you ride on?

Roads, cycle tracks etc. I'm not an off roader but will do canal tow paths.
I ride a Carrera Crossfuse.
